Event Space Rental

The Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce manages the two event rental spaces and an auxiliary office at the Bolingbrook Community Center. The spaces are available for baptisms, birthday parties, funeral repasts, quinceaneras, showers, weddings, corporate gatherings, business meetings, client meetings and so much more.

Event Hall A

Event Hall A can seat up to 250 guests and includes access to a black box stage and kitchen with commercial grade refrigerator, commercial microwave, steam table and steamer stack; ideal for any large gathering, fundraiser. Wing has its own restrooms. Includes use of the space and accompanying kitchen facility and restroom, set up and breakdown of tables and chair, and on-site management during event.

Event Hall B

Event Hall B can seat up to 80 guests and includes access to a spacious outdoor patio, a commercial microwave, refrigerator and small kitchen area. Wing also has its own restrooms. Includes use of the space and accompanying kitchen facility and restroom, set up and breakdown of tables and chair, and on-site management during event.

Auxiliary Office

The auxiliary office is directly across from the Chamber’s suite. It is perfect for small meetings of less than four. Do you need to take a deposition, conduct a one-to-one session, or meet a client? This space is perfect for your small meeting needs; with access to Wi-Fi and restrooms.
